GUESTPIX Racing
PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) Racing was founded in South Australia in 2019 by Dave Hartland with a clear philosophy: fostering a Positive Mental Attitude. Recognizing that junior women often fell out of the sport if they didn’t make representative squads, Dave set out to create an additional pathway that operated outside of traditional development channels. The initial vision focused on scaling a masters men’s team to fund opportunities for junior riders, providing them with the support and experience needed to continue their cycling journey.
In 2022, GUESTPIX™ joined as the naming sponsor, fueling the team’s growth and ambitions. With increased support, PMA GUESTPIX™ Racing expanded its roster, adding more riders and broadening its competitive aspirations. This partnership marked a turning point, enabling the team to step up its presence and performance in elite racing.
This momentum continued into 2024 when PMA GUESTPIX™ Racing introduced an Elite Men’s squad. The new addition made an immediate impact, securing individual and team honors at the prestigious Cervelo Super Series. Combining youth, strength, and experience, the team has proven its ability to perform at the highest level.
GUESTPIX™ Racing in the 2025 Provelo Super League
As part of our commitment to community and grassroots sport, GUESTPIX™ Racing proudly entered three of the six events in the Pro Velo Super League — Australia’s premier road cycling series showcasing the next generation of elite riders. As a wildcard team, we gave talented amateur cyclists the opportunity to compete at a national level and gain valuable race experience in a professional setting.

GUESTPIX™ Junior Development Squads
At GUESTPIX™, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of cycling talent through our Junior Development Squads — dedicated to nurturing young riders and creating meaningful opportunities for growth, both on and off the bike.
Our Junior Girls Development Squad has already seen remarkable success, with two talented riders progressing to larger teams at a national level. We’re incredibly proud to play a role in their journey and continue to provide mentorship, race experience, and a supportive team environment that helps young women thrive in the sport.
Alongside them, our Junior Boys Squad is packed with emerging talent — a group of hardworking young superstars making waves at local and national levels. With a strong culture of encouragement and performance, they represent the future of Australian cycling.
Together, these squads reflect our commitment to community, youth development, and the power of sport to shape confident, resilient young people.
