Pretty easy to use, however the multiple albums didn't really get used, everyone pretty much just uploaded to the "main album" which is fine!
Verified ownerThe Guestpix platform is easy to use for both those guests uploading photos and videos and for us to view their content. We handed out printed cards of the Guestpix QR code at the wedding which allowed our guests to take it home, the time to review their shots and then upload the best they had taken.
My only issue with viewing the pictures later is that when trying to zoom into a photo on our iPhone the picture disappears and the app returns to a ladder of photos. If that could be fixed it would be great.

This was the only app I could find that did not require guests to authenticate (log into Google or Apple accounts) before being able to upload to the digital album. As soon as guests scan the QR code they are taken directly there. Customer service was both helpful and responsive, and answered each of my questions in a timely manner. The UI is also very easy to use compared to others, as a host and as a guest. Thanks to GuestPix I was able to see my wedding day from the perspectives of guests. Which is such a gift considering how hectic and how much of a blur the day naturally was. So while we await photography and videography finals, we have our album! Very much worth it!

What's included in the free plan?
Your free GUESTPIX event includes a unique QR code and link, up to 50 photos, digital invitations and RSVP, unlimited guests, social reactions and comments, and a zip download of all your photos. Your gallery is open for uploads immediately.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan your QR code or tap your gallery link. No app, no sign-up, no friction. They upload photos directly from their phone in seconds.
What happens when the 50 photo limit is reached?
Guests will see a limit reached message and won’t be able to add more. But don’t worry, you can upgrade to one of our plans at any time to keep the memories rolling in.
How long does my free gallery last?
Your gallery is open for uploads immediately and stays active for uploads and viewing for 30 days after your event date. Your gallery will be permanently deleted after 90 days. You can upgrade or extend your gallery at any time.
Can I upgrade later if I want more features?
Yes and it’s instant. Upgrading removes the photo limit immediately, unlocks video uploads, gallery customization, albums, and more. Your existing photos and event details stay exactly as they are.
What's not included in the free plan?
Video uploads, gallery customisation (themes and colours), albums, and a welcome video. These are all available on our paid plans.
Is my gallery private?
Yes, your gallery is completely private. It is only accessible to people you share your QR code or gallery link with. No one can stumble across your event or photos. You also have full control over whether guests can view, upload, or download content at any time from.
How do I download my photos?
You can download your entire gallery as a ZIP file (including full-resolution photos, organized by guest name, and a CSV of guestbook messages) instead of saving items one by one.
- Log in at my.guestpix.com and go to the Export section
- Click Generate ZIP under Quick Links
- Once generated, you’ll receive an email with your download link
Tips: Make sure you have enough storage space, download to a computer rather than a phone, and download before your free period ends.
