Is GUESTPIX™ a One-Time Payment or a Subscription?
GUESTPIX is a one-time payment with no recurring charges, no hidden fees, and no auto-renewal. You pay once and your gallery is live and hosted for 12 months from your event date.
If you would like to keep your gallery online beyond the 12-month period, you have the option to renew at a discounted rate. Completely optional, no surprises.
Can Guests Upload Photos After The Event?
Yes, and it happens more than you might expect. Guests often find their best shots in the days and even weeks after the event. With the Large and X-Large packages, your upload window stays open for a full 12 months from your event date so no moment gets missed.
Do My Guests Need To Download an App?
No app download required. Guests simply scan your QR code or tap your private link on any device and they will land straight in your gallery through their browser. No sign-ups, no passwords, no friction on the day for your guests.
This means even your least tech-savvy guests can upload their photos and videos in seconds, right from the dance floor.
Are My Photos Private and Safe?
Your gallery is completely private. Only guests with your unique QR code or private link can access it. GUESTPIX uses enterprise-grade security, and 100% of your content copyright stays with you. We will never sell, use, or share your photos for any purpose.
You are also in full control of your gallery at all times, with the ability to manage guest access and moderate content from your host dashboard.
When Should I Purchase My Gallery?
You can purchase whenever suits you, whether that is 12 months out or the week before your party or event. Your upload window and 12-month hosting period start from your event date, not your purchase date, so there is no risk in buying early.
In fact, buying ahead of time is a great idea. It gives you time to download and customize your QR code, print it onto table cards and signage using our 180+ free Canva templates, and have everything ready well before the day.
