GUESTPIX is a shared, private event and memorial platform for families and friends. It is designed to make collecting memories really simple, whilst sharing them privately and in full control of the family.

As the host, you can decide who has access to the platform, what they can see and what they can share. 

We provide other convenient tools like a slideshow, some optional social features (likes), and a series of free print templates for related events.

GUESTPIX is the quickest and easiest way to collect memories. We provide you with a private and unique link that you can share with family and friends to collect photos prior to the funeral, memorial or celebration of life. The platform is really easy to use, with no app and no login required.

You can then quickly and easily select your favourite photos for the slideshow, or simply play all the photos on loop.

Making a GUESTPIX funeral slideshow is easy. We have designed the slideshow to be as automatic or as configurable as you like. Once you have collected the photos you need, you can either decide to play them all, or select your favourites and play these.

Playing the slideshow at a venue involves connecting your device to a screen via bluetooth, screen cast or a cable. We provide detailed help documentation to assist.

Albums provide a convenient way to separate your photos and videos. Each album comes with its own QR code (and magic link), and has optional privacy settings. Each album appears to the guest as its own separated gallery and they will only see albums you give them access to. We find that most hosts use an album per sub-event, per family,  or they use them just to logically separate their photos (eg professional photographer photos added as a separate album). 

All packages are hosted for a 12 month period. The small and medium packages come with an upload window of 3 months and the remaining 9 months for viewing and download. Our album packages include 12 months of uploads and hosting with an option to renew at the end of the 12 months.

No- all prices listed are a one time fee. However, we do offer the option to extend your package at the end of the 12 month window (at a discounted rate) if you’d like to continue using it.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. We will happily issue a refund when the gallery or albums haven’t been used (and it’s within the last 3 months), or the request is received prior to your event date.
